What product file formats do you accept?:
We accept most Gerber formats for PCBs, and Excel or Word for parts lists. PDFs of component layouts and silkscreen legends are also very helpful.
What is the maximum PCB size you can process?:
Our recommended populated PCB area is up to 350 x 250mm. If you need larger, please contact us to discuss solutions.
Do you supply routed PCBs?:
Yes. Routed PCBs are industry standard. We can also provide scored products if required. For aluminium-clad boards, singles are recommended.
Can you monitor component obsolescence or end-of-life?
Yes. Using Silicon Expert, we review your parts list and provide reports on life cycle, compliance and obsolescence. We can also offer ongoing monitoring and monthly updates from our supply chain partners.
Can I tour your factory?
Yes. We welcome customer visits, audits, and face-to-face meetings. If you can’t attend in person, we can arrange a virtual tour.

What is EMS?
Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) are provided by CEMs to OEMs. They include design, manufacture, testing and distribution of electronic assemblies.
What is a PCB?
A Printed Circuit Board (PCB) supports and connects electronic components through copper tracks and layers.
At Wavemar we provide full PCB Assembly (PCBA) services, including Surface Mount, Thru-Hole and Mixed Technology.
What is DFT?
Design for Test (DFT) adds testability features into product design, ensuring manufacturing defects are detected before they affect functionality.
What is DFM?
Design for Manufacturability (DFM) optimises product design to enable faster, more cost-effective production.

What conformal coating services do you offer?
• Brush coating – low volume, finishing, repair
• Spray coating – aerosol or spray gun in our dedicated booth, suitable for low/medium volumes. We primarily use acrylic coatings such as Humiseal 1B31 and IB73.
